沖縄北部の 山原（やんばる） と呼ばれる地域で、殺虫剤や除草剤を使わず育てられたお茶を販売しております。
無農薬栽培は信念と愛情があってこその、手間ひまのかかる重労働です。生産者は炎天下での雑草抜きの作業に加え、虫を寄せ付かせないための工夫に日々取り組んでいます。
虫の忌避剤は、ニンニクや 唐辛子などを無農薬で栽培したものを使い、オリジナルの製法で作成されたものが使われています。
これらの作業は市販の除草剤と殺虫剤を使ってしまえばずっと楽になりますが、生産者は、飲む人々と地球の自然環境のために、健康なお茶を一徹に育てています。
また放射性物質については、2017年に秋田放射能測定室『べぐれでねが』での測定で検出されませんでした。

ベニフウキ
花粉症対策としてお飲みになる場合は、熱湯で濃くいれてください。
また５分ほど煮出すと、有効成分のメチル化カテキンがより抽出されます。
ベニフウキは通常の緑茶とは異なりますので、飲み始めは薄めで試されることをお勧めします。水出しでも美味しくいただけます。
サエミドリとメイロク
すっきりとした風味の緑茶です。
サエミドリの透き通った味にメイロクがコクを添えています。
ブレンドの割合は、サエミドリ７：メイロク３です。お湯の温度は高めでも渋くなりにくいお茶です。
また、水出しにしても美味しくいただけます。
ジンジャー和紅茶
屋我地島の無農薬生姜とベニフウキ紅茶のブレンド。
紅茶の香りが引き立つバランスを考え、生姜は粗めに刻みました。
お好みで３分から５分程度の抽出で、お召し上がりください。

This tea was grown without any pesticides or herbicides, in the northern region of Okinawa called Yanbaru.
To acheive this, the tea farm requires a lot of hard work and dedication from the producer,
such as long hours under the scorching sun, endless weeding, and figuring out ways to keep the bugs at bay.
He also creates his own insect repellent using organic ingredients like garlic and chili peppers!
Even though it would be so much easier to just use the store-bought chemicals,
the producer is determined to grow tea that is healthy not only to the people, but also to the environment.
Our tea bags are made with an awesome biodegradable plant-based material called Soilon.
And it's not just the bags itself, but the tags and strings too!
Now you won't have to worry about any icky microplastics ending up in your cup of tea.
...When you're done, you can just thow them in the compost (might take a while though)
or go ahead and burn them without releasing any toxic gases that harm the environment!
We also pay attention to any radioactive substances that could be found in the tea leaves.
We have sent samples to the Akita Citizens' Radiation Measurement Lab 'Beguredenega'(they work with a lab
at the University of Tokyo) to have it checked, and we are proud to say, our tea was free of radiation!
